(I) For conferences/short-term courses/workshops/seminars:
The approved funds will only be disbursed upon submission of official receipts for course/registration fee, accommodation, airfare, airport tax, land transfer, student/travel visa fees and/or photocopies of certificate awarded e.g. certificate of attendance/appreciation (where applicable) within 2 weeks upon completion of the programme.
(II) For degree/diploma courses:
The approved funds will be disbursed directly to the relevant institution/organisation. SSC will liaise directly with the relevant institution/organisation on how the funds will be disbursed, subject to the duration of the course. Applicant who fails to complete the course of study successfully is required to return the disbursed grant to SSC.
